We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on product dimensions and destination to ensure the best delivery experience.

1.3 Shipping Availability & Restrictions

l Contiguous US Only: Shipping is available to the 48 Contiguous United States only.

l Exclusions: At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other U.S. territories.

l No P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A valid physical residential or commercial address is required at checkout.

1.4 Processing & Tracking

Delivered locally:

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business day.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 5-10 business days for standard shipping.

International shipping

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 10-15 business day.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 10-15 business days or more for International standard shipping.(According to the order negotiation)

Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package has shipped. You can also track your order through your LUXINT Account Dashboard.

 

2. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package:

Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.

1. Check with neighbors or around your building (backdoors, porches).

2. Wait 48 Hours: Carriers occasionally scan packages early; they often arrive 1-2 days later.

3. Contact Carrier: Use your tracking number to file a claim directly with the carrier.

4. Contact Us: If the issue remains unresolved after these steps, contact our team for assistance.
